About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Aspirational Editech ("we", "we", "us") and apply to every enquiry, booking and programme participation. By submitting an enquiry or booking a place, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct and Student Agreement.

Eligibility

Our programmes are designed for students aged 13–18. Each programme states a specific age range, which is non-negotiable for safeguarding reasons.

A booking is only complete when:

• We have received the signed application form and the 25% deposit;
• We have reviewed any medical, dietary or learning-support information you've shared;
• We have issued a written confirmation of place.

Fees and what’s included

The fee for each programme is listed on the relevant programme page. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the fee includes:

• Tuition, on-campus accommodation and all meals during the programme
• Scheduled excursions, activities and tutor-led sessions
• Airport transfers in the UK
• UK student visitor visa support and standard application fees
• Comprehensive travel and medical insurance
• 24/7 pastoral care and an emergency contact line

The fee does not include:

• International return flights (we will book them on your behalf at cost if requested)
• Personal spending money
• Expedited visa fees, if applicable
• Any costs arising from changes to dates or programme requested by you after confirmation

Payment schedule

Payment is structured as follows:

• 25% deposit at booking
• 50% interim due 12 weeks before the programme start date
• 25% final due 4 weeks before the programme start date

All payments are quoted in Indian Rupees or Pounds Sterling and processed via regulated payment providers. We will agree the currency in advance and quote a fixed all-in price.

Cancellation and refund

If you cancel a confirmed booking:

• More than 12 weeks before the programme: full refund less a £250 administration charge.
• Between 12 and 8 weeks: 50% refund of the total fee.
• Between 8 and 4 weeks: 25% refund of the total fee.
• Less than 4 weeks: no refund, except for verified medical reasons supported by documentation.

If we cancels a programme for reasons within our control, we will offer either a full refund or a transfer to an equivalent programme of your choice.

Changes to a programme

We may occasionally need to make minor changes to the itinerary, accommodation or staff — for reasons such as weather, host-school availability or safeguarding. We will communicate any change as early as possible. Material changes give you a right to a full refund.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, public-health emergencies, war, civil unrest, or government action. In such cases we will work in good faith with all affected families to reschedule, refund, or otherwise resolve.

Student conduct

By participating in a programme, your child agrees to abide by our Code of Conduct and the rules of the UK host school. Serious or repeated breaches may result in the student being sent home at the family's cost.

Liability

we accepts responsibility for delivering each programme with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant programme. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, photography, video and the we name and logos, is owned by Aspirational Editech or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales for UK-based services and by Indian law for India-based services. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in London or Bengaluru, as applicable.
