More than a school trip. Learning beyond the classroom.
Students spend eight days and seven nights at one of our UK partner boarding schools, experiencing academic sessions, collaborative projects, sport, creative learning, cultural exchange and residential school life.
The programme also includes a visit to Oxford or Cambridge, a guided London experience and local sightseeing. Each activity encourages students to observe, question, collaborate and reflect rather than simply visit.
Why this programme matters
A meaningful immersion should do more than add stamps to a passport. It should build independence, communication and the ability to connect classroom learning with the world. The programme reflects inquiry-led and reflective approaches encouraged within IB education and supports NEP 2020’s emphasis on experiential, multidisciplinary and competency-based learning.
Programme structure
- Day01
Arrival & orientation
Met at Heathrow and transferred to the host school. Campus orientation, room allocation, safeguarding briefing and an introduction to British boarding-school life.
- Day02
Academic learning & campus integration
Interactive academic sessions with school faculty, an introduction to campus routines and opportunities to participate in the wider academic and co-curricular life of the school.
- Day03
Collaborative project & local exploration
Students begin a team-based project requiring research, discussion and shared decisions, followed by local sightseeing that connects place, history and culture.
- Day04
Oxford or Cambridge experience
A guided visit to Oxford or Cambridge, subject to the final itinerary. Students explore the university environment and the academic culture of these historic learning cities.
- Day05
Sport, creativity & cultural exchange
A balanced day of sport, creative learning and collaborative activities that encourages students to communicate, participate and move beyond familiar comfort zones.
- Day06
Presentation, reflection & certification
Students present their collaborative work, reflect on personal learning and receive feedback. The school experience concludes with a certificate of programme completion.
- Day07
The London experience
A guided journey through London introducing students to the city’s landmarks, history, public spaces and contemporary culture through a supervised itinerary.
- Day08
Local sightseeing & departure
A final local or cultural experience before the transfer to Heathrow. Students depart with new friendships, greater confidence and a broader sense of possibility.

The next instalment is due 60 days before departure; the full balance is due 30 days before departure.

Seat deposit
A ₹1,00,000 deposit confirms participation and allows flight and visa planning to begin.

From the school’s first parent communication to the student’s return, we coordinate every stage.

The school shares a letter of intent. We then conduct an open house covering the programme, safety, itinerary, inclusions and payments.
Registration & deposit
Interested parents complete registration and pay a ₹1,00,000 deposit. Flight options and visa appointment planning then begin.
Documentation & instalments
Parents receive visa guidance, documentation support and programme information. The next instalment is payable 60 days before departure.
Final preparation & departure
The full fee is payable 30 days before departure. Families receive the final itinerary, packing guidance and pre-departure orientation.
