Programme matching
We recommend two or three programmes that fit your child's age, interests and academic stage. You see full itineraries, host-school profiles, dates, fees, and recent parent feedback before deciding.
Application & deposit
A short online application captures the essentials: passport, school report, dietary and medical notes, emergency contacts. A 25% deposit secures the place. The remaining balance is due eight weeks before departure.
Visa, flights & insurance
Our travel team manages the full UK visa application end-to-end — document checklist, biometrics appointment, sponsor letter from the host school. Flights are booked on reputable carriers with experienced chaperones. Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is included.
Pre-departure orientation
An online session with your child and you, covering: what to pack, what to expect, UK culture, code of conduct, safeguarding contacts, weekly calling slots, and how to reach us at any hour.
On the ground in the UK
From airport pickup to the closing assembly, a named coordinator is with the group every day. You receive daily photo-and-message updates and a scheduled video call each week. A 24/7 emergency line is staffed in both India and the UK.
Homecoming
Group flight back, escorted to the arrivals hall, handed over to you. A debrief call with your family in the week that follows.
Impact report
Within three weeks of return, you receive a written impact report — certificates earned, projects completed, tutor comments and a photo album. Schools that send cohorts receive an aggregated institutional report.
