Programme overview

Explore British education from the inside. Return with purpose.

The Senior Leadership Programme is a five-day international learning journey for education leaders seeking a closer view of leading UK schools, institutional practices and future collaboration opportunities.

Delivered through the Inspired Learning Group (ILG) and Aspirational Editech, the programme combines school visits, leadership workshops, strategic conversations, university and vocational exposure, cultural experiences and structured reflection.

The emphasis is not simply on observing another education system. Each part of the journey helps participants question existing practices, exchange ideas and identify actions that can influence their own institution’s strategy and future roadmap.
