For parents

A continent apart, never alone.

Everything you need to know about entrusting your child to an Aspirational Editech immersion trip — from the first call to the day they fly home.

Peace of mind, by design

A team that treats your child like family.

From the moment your child boards the plane to the moment they return, an experienced we team holds the rope — a single coordinator in India, a UK programme lead on campus, and 24/7 emergency support behind both.

  • Daily photo & message updates from a dedicated coordinator
  • Scheduled video-call windows that work with India time
  • Vetted, DBS-checked staff on every programme
  • Tier-1 comprehensive travel and medical insurance
  • 24/7 helpline with a real human, on both sides
How it works

From first call to homecoming

A clear, four-stage journey designed to remove every guess from your decision.

01

Discovery call

A 30-minute consultation to understand your child, share programme options, and answer every question.

02

Programme & enrol

Choose your programme. We handle the application, deposit, and a tailored prep pack for your child.

03

Visa & travel

We manage the UK visa end-to-end, arrange flights with chaperones, and brief you on every milestone.

04

On programme

Daily updates, scheduled calls, and a coordinator on call. We bring them home with a finale showcase.

What we manage

The whole stack — so you don’t have to.

Every fee includes the things that worry families most: paperwork, transit, insurance, and the human care that holds it all together.

  • UK visa: document checklist, biometric appointment, application, tracking.
  • Flights: group itineraries with our chaperones from BLR, BOM and DEL.
  • Insurance: comprehensive medical, travel, and personal liability cover.
  • On-campus care: accommodation, meals, laundry, pastoral house parents.
  • Activities: tutorials, excursions, sports, arts, and a final showcase.
